My name is Patricia A. Etheridge.  I'm the Director for Rosedale V Child Development Center and Southside Early Head Start.  Between these two facilities, we provide care for infants to five year olds.  I’ve worked with Child Care Associates for six years. However, having two adult children of my own, my experience in the nurturing and training process spans over 38 years.  My educational base hails from Phoenix College, Arizona State University and Texas Woman’s University.  I currently hold  a Child Development Associates Credential. I recognize that having a positive influence in the lives of young children and their families is an important and rewarding challenge.  Therefore, I’m committed to the Mission of Child Care Associates in “Assisting Family Successes” and to the principles and standards of the Head Start Program. 

Life has taught me how to persevere and to embrace each day with anticipation.  My involvement with children is teaching me what a wonderful gift it is to be a part of  their playing, learning, exploring, and developmental process.  It’s almost impossible to express the personal rewards I receive on a daily basis.
