A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration or a closely related field with a minimum of five years experience in the direct delivery of child care services with a detailed knowledge of local,state and federal rules and regulations. Demonstrate skills to organize and implement plans to meet or exceed all compliance requirements as related to child development centers. Relevant experience in planning, administering, assessing and evaluating processes to maintain compliance. Experience overseeing a mission-driven Training & Development program. Must have knowledge of grant development and writing, and non-profit budgeting and expense allocation. Minimum of 2 -3 years
direct supervisory experience. Computer proficiency required. Must also possess excellent verbal and
written communication skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of
personnel, parents, and external vendors with professionalism and diplomacy.
